Just called cic. The operator asked me to send my documents thought IRCC web form and explain the issue to them

There is an option in your cic account called "Link an existing application". Click on that and fill out the info. If it can't find it, you are probably entering wrong info. Go back to the forms you submitted to ensure your input is exact same as your forms.

I am so sorry to hear that. I know how bad you could feel. For me was not easy either. I didn't make the cap last year. And this year Fedex delivered my documents on Dec 31. Luckily I managed to send a copy of documents again. I hope you guys can make the cap too.

Same thing happened to me. I sent my docs using fedex on Dec 30. The fedex guy told me it will be delivered on Jan 4th and even if it gets there before Jan 4th, it won't be delivered till Jan 4th. I checked the online tracking and it was showing Dec 31 as the expecting delivery time. I called...

My docs were received at 11:50am of Jan 4th. Is there a chance I am still in the cap? Also some of my docs were photocopies as Fedex mistakenly delivered my package on Dec 31 so I sent the photocopies again. Is that ok or are they going to reject me?
