Hi, Just an update- I applied in-person at Service Canada Toronto on March 17th, 1adult and 1 child passport. Received both of them this week.

Keep calling for atleast 20-30 mins. You will get place in queue. I called over 200 times (3-4 seconds of each call) and after 26 mins I was in queue with 168 people ahead of me and waited 50mins for my turn.

This number is only for payment related information. Whether payment has been taken or missing. They can see the status but don’t disclose. I also applied at service Canada march first week, nothing yet. Expected mail out on receipt is April 14. I submitted request for status update yesterday, which takes 3 days to process. You too try that, it’s mentioned on the receipt they give along with the file number on it.

Hi everyone, I got additional document request and in that they also asked for current residential address. Is there any form I need to fill for that or just have to write on a piece of paper?

Try passport information And for number of people try adding only those who are in application. You & all those applicants you are sponsoring. Add Spouse only if co-signer, don’t add kids if you have, . That’s how my application got linked by my excluding child.

His application received Jan 20. click on the name of a person, his profile will open & under the name you can see the detailed timeline.
