Not needed. I had same experience as yours, ~4.5 years and did my ECA through WES. I already got PR based on that only. Just support your application with proper reference letter and work related proofs. Shrinidh

Hold on mate I am running 3 days ahead of you with no updates. My second GCMS notes will probably arrive next week on or after March 3. That will help us know whether they touched our file or it is still lying on the shelf.

They will pullout notes within 8-10 days after application and you will receive the notes approximately 23 days after application. In my case I have applied on 8th Jan, they pulled it on Jan 18th and received on 1st Feb. Second GCMS applied on 7th Feb. Lets see when it comes.
