I just printed the Annex A form from the email. In the email, it says that there is an attachment at the end - actually it is just an a table with your name and place to add address. I hand-wrote after printing and sent it with my passport and pictures. Thanks

I think it says in the email that your passport should be valid for at least 6 months and have at least two blank pages.

Yes, but I have no travel plans for the year - at least till I get PR. Also, I spoke to a call center agent today and she said that I could travel as long as my WP and visa is valid, provided I come back before the expiry. I am not sure if it's wise to do so after hearing about your experience...

Yes, I am aware of this and that is why I do not want to risk anything after coming this far. I hope I get lucky and get my WP approved in the next two days to make it home for my sister's wedding. Thanks AmirHNK for replying.

Hey guys, Is it advisable to travel to my home country if my WP & visa is expiring in the third week of Feb.? I have already received my AOR and applied for BOWP. It's been 29 days since my BOWP application but haven't heard anything yet. Please advice.
