    wow! good for you! I still can't log in! :( a new error appeared saying "access denied, you are logged in as XXXX" however, i never saw a page where i was logged in

    Error Code 20 !!!!

    as per their website's q&a.. high speed internet is not required. So i don't think speed is the problem here...

    also from the phils here. was able to create account.. but from then, can't log in, getting error code 20 all the time... been trying since the 7th, but to no avail. :(

    got the same message, panicked, called quebec immigration, and just told me to ignore message because that pertains to the november 2015 cap. just proceed with your application. good luck!
