    Only thing I can think of right now is, which UCI # are you using? are you using your UCI #? the UCI # has to be of the applicant and not the sponsor's. if you are using correct UCI, then I guess try different combination.

    I have had similar situation. try this: use Application # and UCI #, that way you don't have to put in last name. put in passport information and not the city which the applicant was born. when it comes to where they will be living, put in the information of where you are currently living. if...

    So apparently my application status changed from "In Process" back to "Application Received". I wouldn't sweat over it since I received SA letter, and my parents were asked to provide pcc and medical, but change in the status seemed weird to me. Has anybody else experienced this?
