Hello Friends , My sister have received LOA from Conestoga College: Guelph Campus. She is been asked to pay deposit of $1500 ( Non refundable fee). We are in a dilemma if her student visa gets rejected will this $1500 deposit fee will be refunded or not. Experts please advise.

Yes, two documents were supposed to be signed. One was notice and another was declaration. It was mandatory to upload these two signed documents.
