Finally last night received mail from New York office. They instruct to send my daughter's passport by mail to them with URGENT mark on the envelope. This morning, I also received call from Manila office. They also marked my ppr as URGENT. I replied on the same day. They took more than one...

They told me that they are communicating with their New York office. I did not mailed New York office. But yesterday I phoned call center. Agent attended my phone told me that, no such thing in my file and he has nothing to do and advise me to my visa office.

Thanks Hori. In ppr mail and passport return envelope cic stamped as urgent but nothing is going as urgent. As I need to land on or before July 11, I need my daughter's visa urgently.

Received visa & COPR today. But my daughter's (studying in USA) visa office change request yet under process.

I don't think address change will delay your stamping. They will send you passport according to your self addressed envelope. If you write your new address on the envelope, and at the same time inform them regarding your address change, it will also fullfill condition of ppr letter( inform...

I think at this stage, we need to follow their instructions religiously. As we instruct in our ppr mail to inform them regarding address change, you need to do that. Do give them any chance to make an issue.

Don't worry, I am Feb 05 applicant got ppr on May 11, one buddy of this forum, having same stream, same province and same visa office but submitted application on late June got ppr in Feb 15. I think it's depends very much on visa officers. So nothing to be worry. Just wait
