Hi, I also tried and received the same response as you did. I tried booking an appointment for visitor visa for my mother. I think they have only opened it for PR for now. May be we should stay hopeful as they might open it up for visitor visas in coming days.

Does Nepal do a covid test upon arrival at the airport? Do we need to quarantine in Nepal as well? Can we go and come back the same day?
