I had same scenario but I preferred a new medical over the less than year old medical for super visa. For PCC you can either send an email to "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca" or upload to mycic account. Hope that helps!!

Same case with me. It was transferred to Ottawa in early August and that's it; no medical or PCC. I think, Ottawa is going slow in comparison to other offices. May be they have more load overall so have assigned few resources for PGP. Fingers crossed!! Still, overall PGP program is going fast...

Yeah, there are lots of people eagerly waiting for increase in the cap. Unfortunately, i am loosing hope. There is no nothing news in media or any where around the promise minister made.. Looks like that promise would get buried and will be alive in 2017 :(

Conservative never changed a rule from 10k to 5k they just added a cap of 5k. I do not know if changing cap size would require any legislation or not. If i remember the minister statement, he mentioned that they need to finalize the total number of immigrants for a given year and afterwards...

Some applications received at 11:00am on Jan 4 has been accepted i.e CC has been charged per Spread sheet. Then how come applications received at 09:20 (fedex batch) are still pending or out of CAP ... I do not get it.. If that is the case then first come first serve is not applied this...

So, per spread sheet the latest entry for the CC charge is for the application received on Jan 04, 11:00am. Does that mean all applications received until 11:00 am are under 5K cap? may be ... !!

I think just hang on ... There is a condition for CC expiration (at least 9 month) but that is not going to be a make or break deal. CIC is going to charge the CC three times before rejecting. 9 month expiration is just a precautionary note...
