hi, yes received the PCC request by snail mail. Funnily they asked 52 years history since my mom turned 18. now she is 70. All the addresses for PCC and Imm 0008 needed all the activities she did for past 52 years. Bummer !!!!

UPS early delivery, Expected 8 AM delivery, but shows as 6.31 Am. I guess, they were not in before 10 AM.

Can anyone help me with UPS delivery time. It shows as delivered at 6.31 AM but signed by ADUSEI at CIC. Since the doors open at 8,AM, how can a UPS deliver before that?
