I applied in September 2020 Test was in August 2021 DM on January 31, 2022 And oath was today April 4, 2022

Oath done this morning. Took about 2.5 hours, there were about 130 participants. Montreal office. Overall nice experience. The 2 videos shown about Canada were very nice.

If you don’t receive the email instructions by Monday morning, I’d suggest you contact the call centre.

Given you have just recently completed your test, it is highly unlikely you will receive oath that soon. Your other components, such as Background, Physical Presence, Prohibitions, Language Skills, and Citizenship Test will turn to ‘completed’ before oath is scheduled.

Applicants over 55 are not required to do the test. This is most likely the case.

Submitted in September 2020. AOR was sent in December 2020.

I completed my test early August 2021. Got DM end of January 2022. Waiting for oath now.

DM is only visible in the old tracker (called ‘ECAS’). You won’t see DM in the new tracker.

Honestly there’s no precise timeline, DM can vary - it could be set a few weeks after your test or even after a few months. In my case, I got DM just 1 week before I hit the 6 months mark since my test. I think it has to do with when your background check is expiring.

Just the biographical page if I remember correctly... and maybe pages with stamps. But not all pages, that’s for sure.

I got DM today and was not asked for passport pages.

Maybe wait 1-2 days after the first day. If it still does not work, send a reply to the same email that sent you the test invite and let them know it is not working.

The unbelievable happened. Every status (except oath) updated to completed on this lovely Monday (31st Jan) after almost a long 6 months since passing the test. Please update my timeline. Thank you.
