Sworn affidavit on a stamp paper in india is what i did. You need to mention all your roles and the reason why you could not get a reference letter. I will try to attach a format in some time. It depends on the visa officer to consider it, no guarantee it will be. In my case it got accepted.

I had 463 crs. Without 3 year consideration it wud have gone beliw 450. My ita was on 450. So my declaration got accepted for ppr. I took a chance as no one wud risk their jobs for me. And waited to tell u guys my experience if successful :)

Your address is what is on pp. So register your account with same address if it asks one.

I am from punjab and stayed in bangalore for 5 years. Submitted only psk pcc. Got ppr. Dont worry psk pcc is enough.

When in doubt, better safe than sorry. I m in the same situation waiting for copr and stamping. I am gona wait for everything to clear out. Going by the process all they want is pp, which if is the same u submitted should not be an issue.

Got a mail with subject as Ready for visa. Only thing consistent is that unless there is a doc request Similar timelines with same vo will get the ppr same time.. follow someone from ur vo.. thats what i did and that kept me calm till the last couple of days :)
