    No one can say for sure but 456 is definitely a strong score in view of recent draws. Since you do not have required finds at the moment, there is no point pondering over what would happen in coming draws. You simply cannot submit e-Apr. I would suggest you to decline ITA and arrange funds.

    Both methods are acceptable. I prefer placeholder specific LoEs. Don't know about the cover letter but for a master LoE, table of contents would come handy.

    If your account maintenance letter mentions the six month average balance, you do not need to provide six months bank statement. Showing only the gift transaction would do.

    That is sufficient. Just write a brief LoE connecting the dots. As per my observation on this forum, the bank statements need to be as recent as possible, especially the one showing your balance. Ideally, no more than two weeks old before submission.
