Did you receive ITA ? If you haven't received ITA, I would recommend ask for new letter after ITA. You get 90days to submit all docs. I think it's good idea to have all documents date with +/- 1 months range of your ITA date

If you got invited under CEC, it's not mandatory to show funds. As you mentioned amount in funds available, in you application section that prompted your profile to have this folder. If you make it blank or 0 in your application section, the financial document folder will go away in document...

If you have multiple employers, you will get "employment record" folder for each employer. You need to combine all employment related records for example, reference letter, experience letter, T4, NoA etc. in to 1 PDF file and upload that in that folder.

I am not sure about match on time line part, because each case is different. You don't need to panic. My medical took longer than other cases I was watching on this forum. I know it puts pressure to see other people with same time line getting results, but don't worry you will get result soon.
