NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hey, you can get an idea from the spreadsheet. In some cases it can take up to 3 months so you'll have to be patient.

What?? I don't know how agents work but I don't think anyone can say that if you apply for notes and if your application gets rejected then it's on you. You should look at the contract you signed with them and see if there's any clause like that. Yes, I believe you can remove your representative...

NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hey, that's what I'm saying that CIC isn't bothered with the financial standing of the principal applicant. Since manveer's agent has pointed this out, I'm just analysing the reason behind it and what can be done to take care of it so that it doesn't look like a marriage of convenience.

NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

If I'm not mistaken, you are the sponsor and your husband is the principal applicant, right? So that would mean you have signed an undertaking to financially support your spouse for 3 years after he lands in Canada. Also to the best of my knowledge, the financial credibility of the sponsor is...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Yeah. Even Feb 2015 applicant has been scheduled for interview in March 2016. You can check the 2015 spreadsheet for more details. Maybe they've clubbed Jan 2015 with 2014 for interview purposes. Can't say.

NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

You can't do that unless the immigration people invite you to hand in your passport personally at the embassy. You have to send your passport through VFS, and Ahmedabad to Delhi and back shouldn't take more than 2 weeks at the max.

NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

I'm sorry but as such this data doesn't make any sense. For sure you cannot be talking about applications received from Jan 2015 to March 2015 because all of those applications haven't been processed yet so there is no question of a approved/refused figure. If this is about the applications that...

    NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Actually they have separate interview queues for 2014 and 2015 applicants. 2015 people are lucky that way. There are 2-3 interviews next month that we definitely know of.

NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Just to add to Garry2008's comment, a year's chat history would definitely be a lot, but atleast make sure that you have some communication from each week since the time you started communicating with your spouse on Whatsapp. Quality > Quality but as far as an interview is concerned it's okay to...

NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

It's highly unlikely that the MP will be able to help you in this matter as they're not really allowed to interfere or influence. However I just Googled your sister in law's situation and it seems that pregnant women can undergo chest X ray after wearing a special type of apron and its pretty...

NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Sorry can't answer your question but have a question for you.. you submitted your application in Jan 2014 and it took 2+ years for you to receive the PPR. Do you mind sharing what happened? Congrats btw!!
