We opted for fedex for the same reason...better results than others, and our initial app package did well when we sent it. but always good to research the options ;)

Thanks SchnookoLoly! For anyone going through through the fingerprinting from Canada experience: received email request on Nov 21, went to Vancouver Police Nov 22 and had them done. They were electronically submitted to the RCMP, paid $60 fee and i found the RCMP fingerprint letter in the mail...

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

Hi everyone, got an update for the spreadsheet - fingerprints were requested Nov 21, marked as additional information requested on the online account. Had my man do them the next day and we were told ( in Vancouver) that it'll take about 2 weeks to receive them back from the RCMP. We were...

Hurlabrick - any progress is a reason for excitement for me, after the wait, not taking them for granted, they process when they process and all I can do is watch and be happy when they do, haha! In our case it's a bit of a race between PR, baby being born and possibly getting a mortgage (and...

APRIL 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

We did it in Word as well, 2 photos per page and descriptions/details right under each photo, but printed on regular printer paper (and in colour), same as everything else. We got AOR and SA and never got the app package back nor had them requested later on. Still waiting of course, so anything...

    Abuse after Sponsporship

Safety comes first. The matter should be reported to the police and they need to know the sponsor fears more abuse if c/l finds out. They have victim assistance services for added support. I would call CIC to ask how they would proceed in this case. Legal aid for sure needs to be contacted, and...

APRIL 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Just checked the London VO timeline chart - it looks like they're processing apps received end of Nov 2015 at this time. So for us April applicants with filed in London, the current estimate would work wound Jan-Feb next year. Fingers crossed to maybe see a DM before this year is over!
