Hiren when did you receive your file back and was it processed as Feb submission or the same as October as in my case they asked me to send the file with original receiving dates from October 2021?

To my best knowledge even if you apply for SOWP for your wife now you will get a rejection as the processing time in India is 2 months minimum. It's better you take a PGWP post your course and then apply accordingly.
