The fax number was written in the RPRF request letter, so I just used some of the free online fax sending services. Don't worry, it's just a technical glitch at their end. You did everything right and will get your PPR soon :)

My advice to you is to send the RPRF receipt via e-mail or fax to your LVO asap. I had the same situation and 1 month after I uploaded it in myCIC agian (and even raised a CSE with LOE) my application was refused due to no communication from my side. Fortunately I managed to explain everything...

Thanks for the suggestions guys! Yes, it is written "Replacement Provided" near both RPRF requests. In addition, the Application/profile status page indicated "Provided" in the Review of submitted documents section after both RPRF requests.

When I received the second RPRF request I double checked whether the payment went through...No problems there... What strikes me the most is that they say they never received any communication from me....How is that possible if I uploaded the receipt two times in myCIC and even raised a CSE???
