I had to reschedule my virtual ceremony as I was travelling outside Canada .. During the 1st call I was suggested to notify IRCC to once I return to Canada. I did as mentioned on the call and I was rescheduled for the Ceremony within a week. This was with Toronto location as well

My ceremony took place on 04th August and my certificate arrived yesterday .. it took 7 business days for my certificate to arrive . During the oath I was informed by my officer it usually take 2-4 weeks for the certificate to arrive

Hello Everyone, Yesterday I received my Certificate of Citizenship. My virtual oath took place on August 04th. Application was from scarborough office. Has anyone living in Toronto applied for the Passport with in-person appointment?

I believe it comes from the local processing office . As my officer had mentioned to me that she will have the certificate mailed out once she receives signed affirmation of Citizenship form from my end
