    Thank you guys. Two different opinions. Problem is that there are very few two years programs in Manitoba. Red River college is good but i don't have required IELTS for red river. Only college which have 2 years programs.

    I am accepted in to two colleges. One in Manitoba which is a one year program and the other one is in Toronto which is a two years program. Which one to choose? I am looking for easy PR and low on budget. Can anyone guide if one year PGWP is safe for Manitoba?

    I came in September 2014 i started taking classes but found it hard therefore i asked university to enroll me in their ESL program. I thought improving English would do it and I took ESL for 1 semester but then moved back to my regular program of study in next semester which was January 2015. I...
