4 weeks basically. Ecas said decision made after 4 weeks and myCIC basically said approved and they mailed my passport back.

I don't think they normally mail COPR outside of Canada. Probably an e-mail and COPR would be given once you enter Canada. I'm still waiting for passport to be returned.

Yeah super weird, normally DM and PPR or a letter are mailed a few days after. I had PPR about 5 weeks ago, and DM a week ago. Yet no letter so far . Maybe just a bit more patience is required lol

Same situation, Ecas says decision made for about 5 days now but there is no message yet. I'll update if anything comes in
