Are you sure? Because it still shows cyclone weather reason on their main page and 404 not found on the tracking page.

Mine took about 11 days to be delivered to the consulate. Another 2 days for stamping and delivery to BLS. Further 2 days wasted at BLS sitting there waiting to be dispatched by courier. I saw just now that at 10am a label is created. I'm assuming by the end of today it will be sent. 2 more days...
