I got my oath ceremony letter!!! It came by email today and I checked my ecas today too and there was no change or indication that the oath date had been set. The date is the 21st of May for the ceremony. Finally!!! YAY!!!

I have a similar issue for timeline and Montreal office. Did your ecas change before you got your email or did you learn from email first about your oath? I'm checking every day but maybe it's no use!!!

I am also from Montreal in a similar timeframe. Hoping to hear soon also! I am also curious if you requested urgent processing. Or, maybe they are processing families first before single people? Who can make sense of their reasoning and process?! It's a glimmer of hope in any case!!

Question for the pros- If I understand correctly, they take your PR card at the oath ceremony. Do you apply for the Canadian passport right then? How long does it take to get the Canadian passport? thanks, just worried about this limbo time with no travel docs for canada!!

Hello, After having to resend in my application (one unchecked box I missed - GAH!!) I got my AOR Oct 25 and they received my app on Aug 10, 2018. Finally moving forward! Thanks for updating my info on the spreadsheet ;)
