Unfortunately Ecase usually doesn't update correctly or at all :/ my case when I got approved for PR my Ecase change in Complete .. Also if you didn't send photo with new standards there is big chanse they will ask for photo re taken :/ I advise to fax them enquiry forms marking you didn't...

Yes , that's strange .. I'm in Kelowna and took them to delive mine like 10 days , even when they mailed me photo re quest letter it's took 10days so you should get in like 7 days .. Also keep in mind that when cic inform you that card is mailed it's a truly mean they are done usually need like...

There is no rule , my Ecase change to complete when they approve my PR application ..

Don't stress, you will be fine and if your photos are ok etc it will not be 6 months. Folow PRC processing time and add up to 6 weeks. Good luck .

You should have photo on your COPR , also when you app for PR you suppose to send 8 photos together with your mail app for PR, if you do that and photos are up to photo standard you should be fine , if not you can re send photos , 2 photos ( on one of them must be studio address and date and...
