This story is half true. he might have other untold story. one can not get PR in 7 days and move out before PR is clear misinterpretation of his intentions.

Hello brother, Sorry about delayed response. You're absolutely fine and what I see you did everything right. Just be patient. Your ppr is just on your door. Timelines are varies from person to person. Because of their workload. After ppr request, you will have to wait a month.

Just upload again and send them a note that it was their mistake. Sometimes if you deleted your doc then can't be uploaded again. And need to send by email to SINP adress. It mistakenly deleted a uploaded doc and couldn't upload again. Then a month later they requested for that doc as a missing...
