Do I still need to separately list the date of my travelling in address history if my home address is unchanged before and after my travel?

So during 2014 and 2016, I've traveled to the States for a few weeks. Do I need to declare my traveling time and put the address of the hotels on Addresses in the past 6 years? And I can't remember the exact apt number of several my history residences. Is that alright?

I'm planning to use my health card and driver's license as the two pieces of personal identification. But I just found out my health card expired and I forgot to update the address of my driver's license. Should I renew them both and submit my application or it's acceptable?

First of all, hope you are fine now. Second, that's why people shouldn't apply right after they meet the minimum requirement. Mistakes happen all the time... Under my presence calculation, I can apply one week ago, but I'm gonna wait for another month just in case.
