    I e-mailed LVO (Ottawa) about new born. Two weeks later, they responded asking for birth certificate, so I scanned and e-mailed it. Do it as soon as you get birth certificate. I did it through E-mail which is faster and safe.

    Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I don't follow this thread very often. I had a similar situation. I just e-mailed LVO with Birth certificate, and they were fine with it. Hope it helps.

    Well, Parents did their medicals on 10th Sep., and Visa is valid until 13 sep. So, I guess they received medicals on 13 Sep. Thus, validity of Visa.

    Check Principle Applicants E-mail and E-cas, as my dad got e-mail from Ottawa on Oct 21 for PPR yet MYCIC says Background Check in process.

    Does it say your action required?? If yes, follow these steps 1. Click on check status and messages 2. Click View submitted application You will be able to click on supporting document,and follow instruction.
