you can always call CIC to check with them if they have received your passport. If they refuse to tell the details call again :D

hi. Try raising a ticket with Canada Post, though they are slow in responding, you can initiate it. Did the CIC agent say that they cannot provide you with any information or did they say no update? We had to call twice to CIC to ask for info.

We were informed that our application has been approved on MyCIC today morning. :)

It happens. When they do bulk delivery sometimes it takes time for them to update the trackers.
