PEQ is accelerated program? I don't think so! Last year many PEQ applicants were stuck because of the French language. Once you get CSQ from Quebec Immigration and submit your application to CIC, It is nothing to do with Quebec Immigration. GOOD LUCK

I have received the RCMP and in order to submit it to CIC, I went into my application online, I clicked on view submitted application and then I uploaded it and I was asked to write my name as a signature etc. Is that all ? I mean I didn't get a confirmation after submitting it.. No confirmation

No, you do not need the USA visa. Tell USA border officer you need to flagpolling to apply for work permit, the officer will give you a paper and you can make a u-turn into Canada border.
