It doesn't give me anymore points. But in my EE profile I had saved this company's information and the work-ex I have had over there. So rather than deleting that work-ex detail from EE profile, I thought I would rather provide proof even though it doesn't benefit me in anyway.

exactly my scenario. My work permit was initiated based on my designation in parent company back home (ICT visa) which reflects 21AB code. However I have been working under 21XY this whole time in Canada. Thank you Sumit, your explanation was helpful.
