Hi there What is the age of dependent child is it 19 or 22 to apply under parents sponsorship ?? Will dependent child would still be eligible to apply if 19 has been started but not finished ? Thank you in advance for help

Hi everyone I wanted to apply for my parents in 2016 but our income in 2012 is less. Can I still send the application anyway with 2015 pay stubs?? . The problem is my brother who is dependent is turning 17. So if I won't apply this year then I will only have one year left . I'm so confused...
