You should contact your immigration lawyer, i think IRCC has definitely sent it by now. My office was also Scarborough and I got mine within 2 weeks, without expedited handling as well. Ask your immigration lawyer to sift through their mail properly.

My application portal got updated today, my Oath ceremony will be on October 13th, hopefully I’ll get the official email about it soon.

Just checked the citizenship portal, everything has been set to “completed” as of July 23 except the oath ceremony which is “not started”. Also checked my ECAS which says “decision made”. please update the tracker, thanks
