What about those people who do not have the permit? I mean this permit is limited in time and she applies for PR now. Why should the work permit be related to her future application? I tried to find this info in CIC web site but it's not complete.

She has an open work permit which I think falls under the category LMIA exempt.

I had my experience letter signed by the HR and not by my direct manager or the general manager. I wrote it myself as per the requested format and just asked if it is ok to stamp and sign it. Why not try the HR or write the duties in the letter and then ask if it looks ok to your past employer...

HI Alice, Submit without FBI PCC and write a letter of explanation claiming you did all in your hands to retrieve this document and you did apply for it (attach awb number or some other shipment document), explain that the processing time is 14-16 weeks (i think) .. as if they don't it yet...
