Yes you can apply surrender without Canadian passport. You need to explain it in a letter. Make sure you have original Citizenship certificate.

Not required. I submitted my entry visa last week.

I would recommend to avoid postal application. They used to return the application for silly mistake. They open same day appointment at 8:30am. Try to book any type of appointment like passport, Visa or OCI. That’s how I did my son application in December.

1. Not possible. They stopped accepting OCI and surrender together. Now it’s two stage process firstly apply for surrender passport. Once you get surrender certificate then you can apply OCI. 2. E visa is not availbe for Canadian citizen. You can try Entry visa. 3. I’m not sure about it...

I applied OCI from Brampton on Dec 11. Date of acknowledgment is Dec 23. I can see it’s under process.

You have to include parents consent form. I just applied my baby OCI in Brampton. They have accepted it.

That’s wrong information. I haven’t provided my finger print for my PR on 2016 and just completed the citizenship process no fingerprints asked.
