I think It depends upon category if eds then ur employer will create a portal and full the form for work permit extension

I got email on Monday and send document by Mail as she requested on Tuesday and after that I did not get any email or call.?

I have one question guy. I got document request and they asked me to send a document by courier but I sent it by Canada post. Now m just worried about is Canada post service is running or are they on strike. I sent 3 day ago but no reply yet?
