I had almost the same situation: I landed in 2009 went back & came to stay permanently on 2012. When I filed my application: I left 6B blank.

Here is my time line: 1. Application received - February 3, 2017. 2. Acknowledging receipt - February 15, 2017. 3. Started processing application - February 17, 2017. 4. Fingerprint request - March 15, 2017. Fingerprint done in March 17. 5. Test notice - May 17, 2017. Test date June 13, 2017

5th line has appeared today, we sent you a notice on May 17, 2017 to appear and write the citizenship test on June 13, 2017

I called CIC today, the agent told me that my fingerprint has been received, everything looks good, just wait for the test invite which may take several days or weeks.....! Waiting game...!

I did my fingerprint on March 17. No news so far >:( :-[ ???

I received the letter in the mail yesterday, it was fingerprint request. I did it right away, it was just 10 minutes job, cost was $50 + HST. Hopefully it will be sent to CIC soon.

I don't think your tax was filed on Feb 16. CRA open 2016 Efile on Feb 20 this year. I suggest you go back to your Cantax guy & ask him to efile you return, if he refuse....contact me i will efile for you...lol
