Dear Rola It will usually take 2 to 4 weeks for damascus to issue a file number and send it to you. Please be noted that sometimes they send the letter by POST which take 2 additional weeks to be delivered ! so I think it is very soon to expect the letter now. Wait another 2 weeks and lets see...
