As far as I know... Legally, She can not work remotely on H1B ( It should be at the work location mentioned on LCA). Let me know if you find some workaround other than commuting to work place in USA.

There is usually long lineups at VFS office for first time applicants/visitor visas etc... Do we need to stand in line or there is an easier option for permanent residents/PRTD applicants? I mean just walkin/direct entry?

Guys I See my status as "Received by Visa Office" Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
