in the CRS system, any experience more than the 3 years limit won't add any points. It will only add points to the point based system and that won't matter since it seems that you are already eligible and passed the 67 score limit.

Thanks Skywalker, although these news are not entirely good, I believe that any one who applied before the 17th of Dec 2015 will have their applications processed against 2016 quota. This ,of course, doesn't guarantee a nomination as some applications will be refused for one reason or another...

As far as I am concerned, the span of time an applicant has to wait isn't really 8 or 9 months, i think it has to do with the number of applications in the queue. In fact, and as highlighted by skywalker a while ago, it seems that June is under sampled in the spreadsheet. This explains the delay...
