Exactly the same situation here! Got EE profile created on July 20 and been waiting for 5 months. This Tuesday I withdrawed the file and resubmited a new one and GOT PT!!! Strongly recommend people recreate their EE profile. Don't know what to do but finally. Good lucks guys.
