I have emailed them after DM , for Nov 2020 paper applicant , basically they said get lost. I have told them about upcoming travel plan and response was not our problem, getting travel doc is your responsibility

Finally my partner got DM on old tracker, and new tracker says everything is complete except Oath: not started

Online applications does not show up on ecas, new tracker only.

My partner is a 2020 applicant , finish background in Oct 2021, test passed in Jan ‘22. After that nothing … not sure what to do.

I called twice over last couple of weeks , had to wait about not more than 10-15 mins once I got through. 2-5 attempts each time and got in the queue, both the time it was around noon.

If any of you wonder at what time of the day the new tracker gets updated ( some times I even check every 1/2 hours like an addict) it happens, at least for me in between 6am and 6:30 am ET.

I was going through my GCMS notes and I noticed I made a typo in one of the name of country in my travel history. I sent a web form explaining the situation and corrected physical presence calculator, duration is still the same. Hopefully this does not impact my application processing time.

My be OP is a US citizen? Only US Canadian dual citizens can enter Canada with proof of citizenship (in this case citizenship certificate ) for others, once you are Canadian , you must use Canadian Passport to enter Canada.

Many times they don’t even get back. Best way to find out is to give a call to IRCC.
