Hello,try Ecobank if you run an account with them.But you ll apply for PTA not BTA....BTA is strictly for business transactions while PTA is personal travel allowance.Ecobank used to give 4,000 USD max. But as at when i applied,it's been reduced to 2,000USD.And u can apply for a child over 12...

Hello dear,i have travelled with KLM couple of times.From my experience,you dont need any airport shuttle when you arrive schipol.it is very big airport but you ll be alright.The distance again depends on your gate,am sure there ll be sufficient layover time to get to your gate n even window...
