You have to write a LOE in same way as you write when you got PNP and prove your ties or intentions for that Province. It just a letter no IMM form.

How much time they allowed you more on work permit. Is this still open work permit. What you showed them as proof. What are conditions for this.

Actually on the PNP nomination paper expiry date is mentioned. The six months for express entry time line for decision as mentioned in their guide.
