Its not necessary. I was advised not to update info to NDVO on my own, as it may cause unnecessary delays. Wait until u get ADR, otherwise its not required. I never updated about my husband's visit, and here I am already with PPR.

Received my PPR email today... Woot woot.. :) It was sent to my immigration consultant on monday around 1:30pm Indian time, but he forwarded it to me today morning.. Damn these lazy consultants >:( Oh well, better late then never ;D :) Going to submit my PP to VFS tomorrow!!!

Sounds pretty odd. Could u please ask one of your friends who received confirmation for remedical recieved, to show us the email hiding their personal info?

I got DM in 14days. I have seen its taking longer for some people. Excpected time can vary from 2 weeks to a month or in some cases, even more.

No, they don't send any confirmation regarding remedical received.

Another thing could be that they probably deem people eligilble for re-medical only after background/security checks. Because people who got re-medical and who directly got DM on same date (same month applicants) the only difference between the two is that the former one's medical has expired or...

Everybody is making assumptions here. Nobody can exactly predict their way of working, unless someone has worked in the embassy, even then i dont think it is something that can be revealed to the outside world. Whatever it takes to satisfy urself and spreading positivity in this forum. #Peace

This is what i assume. Take it this way. U did ur remedical on 26th and I did on 29th, since ur remedical email was sent before mine, it must have got piled up by all the other later date reassessment emails sent back by panel physicians. And I bet they are going to send you DM as soon as they...

This other girl also got DM today. She is an august applicant as well and did her remedical on April 29th. Very productive weekend its been for some members. I wish Next week brings loads of good news for everyone waiting. :) ;D

OMG .. Got DM.. Couldn't believe my own eyes :o woohoo.. Hoping for PPR soon :)

It wont be a complete medical like the initial one. Its mainly chest xray and very basic health check up such as height, weight, eyesight and blood pressure check up (thats what my remedical was all about).
