It's not all PNPs that require a job offer. Apart from Saskatchewan and Ontario, the following provinces also do not require job offer: Prince Edward Island New Brunswick Nova Scotia Also you might want to consider Quebec too.

But the occupation in demand stream also requires at least 60 points. I am in the same situation as the OP, only that I am forever stuck on 59 points.

Thats a meer speculation. They are too busy for IP filtering.

Yes, I am in Europe and yes, I attended the geneva session. You can only send your EOI with a tag if you are in either the first or second priority.

Why are you curious? Most people here usually try multiple provinces until they eventually get in through one. I don't think there is any harm in doing that mate.

This answers the question I asked earlier, which confirms that they have stopped receiving EOIs for now. Unfortunately, they did not say they have stopped accepting EOIs of their website, which IMO is very weird. When did you submit your EOI? @Bold part, Did you attend any information session...
