I suggest you should wait. Few days up and down is normal, especially if you know that they received your application.

I just called CIC and they told me that they shipped mine and my wife's PR cards today - hoping these are actual cards and not request for photos. I landed on 27th March at Pearson. I will let you know if I actually receive the cards :)
