    Wi-Fi calling is the way to go. I believe Freedom Mobile supports this. Most VOIP providers would block access from outside Canada. You may check Beaverline (www.beaverline.ca) however not sure if this would work from your country.

    UPS mailbox should be fine. Other options are a virtual address from iPostal1 (most locations in Canada at Staples stores), or use an independent mailbox rental company such as Private Mailbox Canada (www.privatemailbox.ca). Best of luck.
