After the 20th call, I spoke to an agent regarding my prc application. he told me to add 2 weeks to the 54 days (processing time) and call them back. I only wanted to know if the card has been mailed out already or if i needed to send new photos. he asked me to call back next Monday.

i used to do that when i was in canada! international calling ain't cheap lol but thanks for reminding me; i will do that tomorrow!

I have been trying to call them since last week. And each time i get the same message: we r experiencing a high volume of calls and cant transfer you to an agent.

Hey. Let's share the timeline for all the new immigrants that are waiting for their permanent resident card to be received by mail. I landed on the first of February and I am still waiting for the card. Note that I already passed the processing time, 54 days.

Did anyone got a PRC this week at all? If so, when did you land?

6 weeks to get a mail is really long. It usually takes one week max.

And they decreased the time for renewed PR.

That's smart. So if we can't login to ecas using the COPR number, after landing, then they haven't started to process our pr cards yet?

yes, they asked me to but something was wrong in the camera so i m not sure if it went through. I am just anxious because I am outside of canada and i ve noticed that cic has asked people to send them new photos by regular mail! can you log in to ecas using your corp id?

i landed on Feb the 3rd and I still cannot log in using the COPR number. i am outside of canada, waiting for my PRC so i can return to canada...i hope they didnt mail me or call me asking for a missing document or something...

yes everyone got their PPR; otherwise, you would see someone asking if their are the only one left lol
