That is what I think too. they should give another draw to fill up the 10,000 spots. instead just leave those spots.

Well. I truly believe this is just a random selections. but I just think, they should have a plan b for those people who got selected but not qualified and will do the second draw to meet the 10,000 spots.

The problem is here, maybe eventually. only thousands of applications are qualified. what about the rest of the spot? sigh. Those spots will be wasted.

I wonder, what happen to those lucky ones who were selected but not qualified for the minimum requirement. IRCC, will not re-pick and left so many people who were potentially selected but need to wait for one more year????

Hello, I received an update on E-cas about the second time medical results have been received in Sept 1, 2011 but they requested us to do it in July 14, 2011 up to now, we havent heard anything from the VO (Caracas) ... What can we do, getting very very frustrated. how can we get an update...

mine was the same.. received letter on July 11 to re medical done on July 20 , 2011 now .. we are still waiting for next step... very frustrated!.
